NTI Breakfast Meetings, Conference and Events

Breakfast Meetings: 21st May in London

Two hours CPD for as little as £65 ex VAT (£45 for NTI Alumni) with a breakfast and networking opportunities

The Breakfast Meetings, with speakers, will be a great opportunity for those working in the insolvency industry to network with fellow insolvency practitioners over breakfast whilst simultaneously earning 2 hours of CPD.

The London Breakfast Meeting topic will be on Grievances and Greater Regulation: CVA 'abuse' & related controversies

Our breakfast meeting on 21st May in London will focus on the noise around retail CVAs and the potential that these and other stakeholder grievances have to influence significant change on the regulatory horizon.

We will be joined by David Kerr, independent consultant and former regulator; Richard Fleming from Alvarez & Marsal, a keen advocate of the 'retail CVA'; and also by a representative for landlords' interests.

Expect some strong differences of opinion on the use of CVAs, and some analysis of how that might have a part to play in forthcoming reviews of the effectiveness of the regulated regime and its future impact on all IPs.

Location:  Regent's Conferences and Events, Inner Circle, Regent’s Park, London, NW1 4NS (Near Baker Street Station)
