Boris Becker's Bankruptcy Restrictions Extended

The Official Receiver has announced that former Wimbledon champion, Boris Becker, has agreed a Bankruptcy Restrictions Undertaking which will see his Bankruptcy restrictions extended by 12 years.

Following the OR's investigation they uncovered in excess of £4.5m of assets and transactions that had not been disclosed.

Boris was made bankrupt on 21 June 2017 in the High Court following a creditor's petition on 28 April 2017.

The failure to disclose these transactions that occurred both before and after the petition has resulted in the OR taking action and will see Mr Becker's bankruptcy restrictions extended until 16th October 2031.
